Refund policy

Waffle Flower Crafts reserves the right to update refund policies at any time. The most current version posted on our wholesale website will apply and should be referenced for all orders.
Returns
Wholesale orders are final sale unless a return is authorized in advance. Please contact us within 15 business days of delivery to request approval. Requests received after 15 business days will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Approved returns must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. The retailer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 25% restocking fee, based on the order value, applies to all approved returns.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted for refunds.
Replacements and Refunds
Replacements are offered only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please email order@waffleflower.com with a photo of the issue.
In most cases, a photo is sufficient to confirm damage. Damaged items may be discarded by you or your customer.
For US orders (domestic), replacements can be shipped directly to your customer. For international orders, a replacement may be included with your next order, or a store credit will be issued for use on a future order.
Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3 to 4 business days.
